Incsrible Ultimatum

Hello, I entered inscrible ultimatum 10 3 times today and I died 3 times, I don't know from what, on level 2........... there were no monsters, no circles, just instant death... I'm angry as hell because I lost my tickets and what's worse, so much EXP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
