LF support, IP ban by GGG mistake.

Dear GGG,
I am almost certain that I did not touch PoE from the IP address I am using. Nevertheless, I have an IP ban, and I am 100% sure that this is your mistake. I would like to point out that the last time I played PoE 1 was in 2015 (old IP address). Still, I'm banned from my current IP address. Could you please help me? good luck with that i got hacked then i ask for help they banned me so now been 3 week since im asking everyday my account to be unban
