The Dancing Dervish is not working?

Does anyone know how to trigger the minon of this sword, cannot find any ways to work it out
And seems like the skill i can use now is shockwave totem on sword Last bumped on Feb 5, 2025, 7:29:35 AM

in Poe 1 you had to kill 10 or 15 enemies within like 30s and then the dervishes would trigger

Since swords are not technically supposed to be in game, I doubt it works.
