auto bot detector bug

Hi guys,

I am a keen player who plays a lot of hours everyday during Christmas. Recently I found that my currency drop has significantly dropped. a quantity map + 200+ mf gives me 2 - 3 exalts doesn't feel right. I know GGG has been using some logic to detect bot and shadow nerf their drop rate. I wonder if its because I have been playing for too long and it causes the logic to see me as a bot.

Does anyone know how to raise this with GGG and let them review my account and clean my name from the bot list?????
