Do "Allies in your presence" buffs stack?

Me and my friend were gonna play SSF double minion build under the assumption both our sceptres will affect each others minions, so my minions would get my sceptre bonuses and also his sceptre bonuses. Does it work like that?

i highly doubt so, that would scale minions out of the roof in bigger parties...
