Is + Projectile Skills bow and Avg DPS > Higher DPS with no skills?

Confused as to how certain deadeye lightning builds are hitting lightning arrow dps of 100k-150k, been told it has to do with projectile skills.
I am currently at +0 and my lightning arrows are doing roughly 32k dps. Last bumped on Jan 13, 2025, 1:59:08 AM
