Issue with Cosmetic Purchases in Path of Exile

I would like to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while trying to purchase cosmetic skins in Path of Exile.

Recently, I discovered that the option to purchase skins was not directly visible in the in-game shop. After some exploration, I found that using the search function allowed me to locate the skins. However, this workaround has led to an unfortunate situation where I accidentally purchased the same skin multiple times.

I have already sent an email requesting a refund for the duplicate purchases, but I have not received a response yet. I understand that your team is busy, but I wanted to raise this issue in the hopes of getting some assistance and also to alert you to a potential problem in the user experience.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could look into this matter and possibly provide a clearer purchasing process for cosmetic items in the future. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

They are not going to respond to you. They have not responded to anybody who have posted this thread. I have contacted them via the support email over a week ago. You must complain to the company you used to make the purchase. And my case visa.
