this reminds me of what JSH mentioned (paraphrasing)
games can be difficult and players will love it games that frustrate simply make players quit i like how difficult poe2 is but without trade i cant rely on drops as most of my drops are SHIT. all my upgrades (after campaign) were all bought. i never see any upgrades from drops so i ll just keep trading. you punish players who want to avoid trade by giving them shitty drops? they resort to trade. you punish players harshly for playing the game with 1001 death penalties, players get frustrated and resort to ragequitting [Removed by Support]

" There is a fine line between difficulty and punishing. PoE2 is just punishing, but not difficult. One portal maps are fine, when you can adjust your defenses to it instead of relying on rng drops. In PoE they found the right balance to it. You could spec into fortify, spell supp, block, spell block, endurance charges, max res, recoup, leech, crit or ailment immunity etc. . PoE2 offers literally nothing besides ES/Evasion. The tree is straight up dumpster fire There is reason why 2 classes are in top 100 on the ladder and completely dominate the game. |

from my pov the end game is simply not in a good place for now.
and its too early to talk about the future of POE2. sometimes we need to sit back and remind ourselves. dude, its early access! [Removed by Support]
