Infernalist - Grim Offering Issue

Not sure if it is just me, while I was playing on my console ps5 pro and if the screen were to be half or quarter filled with mobs I have issue casting my Grim Offering with Ablation.

I just noticed that it took away the 15% of my health but the tower is no where to be seen and nothing happened to my minions.

Though if I'm back in the hideout I can't simulate the same issue, only happens to me when there's a decent size of mob packs. It's definitely not an input delay as my life was actually deducted but the Grim Offering tower weren't casted nor my minions buffed (red glow)
