Can't progess - Legacy of the vaal bugged

I can't progress my second character, I can't progress the legacy of the vaal - "Talk to Doryani" step. I've tried redoing the boss in cruel - he doesnt offer me any dialogues anymore. I've tried speaking to him in Ziggurat Encampment (it removed the quest but I still get the quest back when I enter my H/O asking me to go back to cruel and talk to Doryani). Send Help, basically the character is bricked.

Same thing happened to me aswell second character.

I'm in the same boat... I can do maps but only with one life, if I die and respawn all the portals vanish.
