league standar or not ??

I would like to know if we are currently in the standard po2 league.
because I don't want to invest a lot if my character won't have access to the standard league

It's early access.
It will be completely separate from standard when the game is released.

From what I've read EA will be completely seperated eventually and will never end up in official standard league.

The current standard league will be depreciated by EA leagues that will eventually come with new classes etc.

So there is a soft reset that will come in like a year when we get the official launch.

PoE is a game about rerolling every new league, if you are thinking you are wasting your time now, it gets much worse. You really should be in the mindset that you will start from scratch every 4 months or so if you want to get the most out of the game.
