20 days and still no reply from support!!!!





I bought the key on POE2 website and claimed it with the wrong account on steam and now i cant log into the game with that Steam name because this email is my main account and i want to play on this account...

I have sent about 20 emails to support and still no reply
I'm closing in on 1 month now too. My account is locked and I can't play at all.
My husband has been waiting since 08.12.24.

support@grindinggear.com name Sian asks me for ign and id+tag
and disappear for more than half a month
I'm on day 42 with no help.

Clearly they have a personnel issue and only make it worse by replying to every post with a copy/paste to...... Email support lol

I am actually baffled that a company can still function this bad.
