Character does not have a portal skill

Hi there, I have a character level 20 and I do not have a Portal skill which is weird becuase I have it on my other one. Please take a look

you need to assign the portal skill to the skillbar manually. there is a tutorial during the game to explain this, but you likely skipped past that on your second character (as I did) since I disabled tutorials on my alts.

so go to the skill binding menu (on playstation its press and hold the touchpad then select the down direction and let go) and assign it to one of the buttons.

TBH, I see no benefit to making the player do this manually. It's a pointless 'tutorial' that serves no real purpose imho.
