Lay siege + Offensive stance, do they stack?

Hi everyone! first post!
So, thread title. Do they stack? I have offensive stance from the tree and instilled lay siege, but I dont see much of a difference in damage and I didnt see the dps numbers for the skill go up. Since I have 75% block I was expecting a big increase in damage. Could anyone clarify or confirm this? Thanks! Last bumped on Jan 16, 2025, 7:42:17 AM

Yes. It doesn't show well on some skills. Also, I am not sure about instilling because some passives seem bugged in some situations. When manually speccing it works.

Yeah it doesn’t seem to show well. I have lay siege instilled on my amulet. But when I hover over Offensive Stance it is a very marginal increase in damage. Doesn’t make sense.
