A terrible Inscribed trial experience

Sorry, I'm not native English user. I met a game crash in my inscribed trail, when I collect 3 items to reach the tower and fight the boss. It just crash my NB. Hey it's not fail, when I exit the game and reconnect. I was exit the fight without no reward. ??
