Periodically unleashes ice

If you've ran into this mod you probably know what I'm about to say.

It's basically as broken as old lightning thorns but without you needing to attack. It spams damage like crazy and if for whatever reason you get frozen, or the mob teleports to you, or you get stunned, or anything, you'll get "oneshot" from full hp by the barrage of damage.

If you don't know what mod I'm talking about, I'm not surprised. I can't even tell if it has any visual effect, but I've consistently died in maps I usually stomp to rare monsters with this one mod. I never know what's going on in the split second till I get the mob on my face, it kills me in 200 miliseconds with a barrage of damage and only after I mouse over it I realize what killed me.

If you've died to rares in maps with no mods and don't know why, this is the reason (believe me, it's happened to me)

10k ES, 75% cold res, Nascent Hope charm. Instant freeze and instant death after second. Best mob's mod. Every meet is like a holiday. We need more one-shot mob's mods.
