Lost Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel due to a bug!!!

I lost my Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel due to a bug when I tried to use it in the Tree. After placing the jewel, it disappeared. I just traded it for all of my 24 divine orbs :( an Oloroth one. Additional details: Character Name: Gotta_Go_Fast_ Account Name: Lacky546#2880 Time of Incident: 11-01-2025 22:30-22:40 MET Realm: EU-London I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this issue.
