Divine lost when game have infinite raise ping

I have lost my map, also my divine (even looted in the inventory)
I open a breach, in the middble fight, suddenly the ping raise infinitely, eventhough I can still hear the sound, control the menu, hear the character voice
But I don't have any other way to quit the game, when came back, I have lost my map also a divine (and other loots too but I don't remember)
Sadly that I never face the issue before but when it was, it a divine lost!
