I changed my entire gear and still same dmg!

Hi,

I have changed my entire gear, since i started playing this game, I have had gathering ex and div so i could build up. Now I got all gear I need and my dmg is almost the same like the old gear build I use to have, even though the stats are huge difference! I believe my char is bugged or something because other players playing this sorc on spark have massive dmg compare to me and their build is way more bad than mine....

I feel like I am loosing my mind! Literally! I feel like quiting!...
