HELP identify this monster humanoid...

Hello. I need help identifying the name and location of this enemy.

I've been looking for 2 hours on poewiki and poedb and I can't find it.

What I know about him is:

- Can summon 2 ice golems
- can use ice rain (same magic as frostbeare)

I was using 2 of their specters and the dps test was incredible....unfortunately different from others, when changing the slot gem they cannot be summoned again.

I don't remember where I got them and that's why I needed help. Any information would be appreciated.

Does Lunar Devotee fit the bill?

No. He don't summon ice golem, and uses a sword.

OMG yes yes ok thank you soo much !!!! It's because they change appearence after you summon them....didin't realise that.
