repurchase a higher package instead of upgrading

If I re-purchase the higher package instead of upgrading to the next one, will I get the extra coins? For example, I bought the $60 package and got 600 coins. If I buy the $100 package again, will the game give me 1000 coins or 400 coins as if I upgraded?
