Account has been locked for 5 days, Support not responding.

I've been messaging daily for 5 days. I received a response on day 2 then was ghosted, I am going mad not being able to play POE2. When can i expect the support team to respond to reviews, is there a waiting period so im no longer in the dark? They've asked me for my username identifier, but i could not provide that on steam, Will they be able to find my account if i linked them my username, userid, and steam url?

How long did it eventually take for you? Ive read many locked account posts and mine got locked on friday 2 days ago. Every single post ive read says they have been waiting with no reply for weeks/months. Many also just bought the game again with a new account.
