Game crashing PC on all load screens

Since the patch or recent Windows update release, every time I load into town, POE2 locks up. There have been posts to limit access to all cores, which prevents your PC from having to be turned off completely. However, the game is unplayable.

I have done all the everyday troubleshooting things to be expected: driver updates, playing at low resolution, etc. Nothing seems to prevent these crashes. In one hour of gameplay, I had to restart POE2 8 to 10 times.

I have given up until a patch for this fix comes out.
