Disconnected from Realm While Attempting Xesht

I was attempting Xesht with a friend with a breachstone we grinded for and after the end of the initial breach when the items started to drop, we both got disconnected with a message that said "Game lost connection to the realm server", and we were booted out to character selection screen. Upon logging back in, we were both spawned in our hideouts and the breachstone was gone. This is really frustrating.

I just had the same issue today. Commenting to see if there's an update or resolution.

I made this post and sent them an email as well and they responded to the email three weeks later telling me basically [Removed by Support]
