Corpses (for spectre) lost on Kingsmarch when removing item

I lost my Perfect Judgemental Spirit and Perfect Hulking Creation corpses when I accidentally removed my belt on Kingsmarch. My spectres were unsummoned because I lacked the strength and the corpses did not get summoned to Kingsmarch or my hideout afterwards.
No screenshot because it's like "take a picture of your parcel not arriving". This is kinda ouch for removing an item. Last bumped on Jan 22, 2025, 12:11:11 PM

" this is a known thing a while ago. Do not change your stuff in kingsmarch. Also check these itemized corpse respawn in the next combat area or not according to the last bug fix.
