PoE2 Early Access / Twitch Drops

Hello,

I contacted support by email on December 14 due to an error with not receiving the Twitch Drops.
Unfortunately, I have only received one response so far, which was on December 19.
I was asked by support to verify myself, which I did immediately.
I have not received any further response.

How can I proceed in such a case?

It's already January 10 and I would be happy if I can close the case before the end of Early Access....

This might be worth a shot to see if this works if you have already claimed the drops on twitch but not able see them in game go to (below link) and click view rewards and see if that gives you your twitch drops if not sorry just trying to help

I have already reconnected my account with the Twitch account. The last Twitch Drop could be redeemed this way, but not the first Twitch Drops.

Any chance you have multiple accounts under the same account? I had this particular issue and had to have them transfer the twitch drops to the right account and delete the other one. It took about a week all in all.
