Account disappeared

I've played path since delirium league and have over 2k hours and spent hundreds of dollars on this games stashes and mtxs. I haven't played in about a year and a half until I just recently got path 2 and found a HUGE issue. My account has disappeared... i cant still log into path 1 and 2 and the same steam account ive always played on but all of my characters, stashes, mtx,s, and everything else are gone. when i try to log into my account on this site it doesnt exist. i dont think ive been banned bc i havent done anything to deserve it and i dont think id be able to play on my steam account if i was either. ive sent several emails to GGG and gotten no response... shocker. Has anyone else had this issue or can someone from GGG help. this is my last ditch effort before i stop this game for good. please help?
