Sesmic cry and infernal cry question

Hi,

Does sesmic cry ignore armor? The descriptive is "ignore physical reduction damage". Does this include the armor?

Sometimes armor has the line "damage reduction by ~5%. Maybe they are distinct.


Will the attack damage generated after using infernal cry automatic critical hit, consumming the armor break, be calculated with the armor or without the armor of the creature?
