Refund request for a microtransaction

I'm trying to get a refund on a microtransaction in Path of Exile 2.

It was the body armor piece from the Immortal Body armour set (Just the body armor - no gloves, helm etc). I paid 250 coins.

I emailed support and received a reply on January the 3rd. Stating they mighht be able to help if I sent them my Account id. And the names of some of the characters on the account.

I sent them the information requested but I haven't heard anything since. I Sent a follow up. Still nothing. So posting on here.
