MASSIVE Lag Spikes -South America

Since yesterday my ms graph goes up and down in a range from 80 - 500ms constantly. Is there a way for us people from South America to fix this or at least improve it? Thank you in advance.

" That's not massive , we experienced spikes in the thousands MS during holidays . They better address it this on Sunday . Until then try switching your gateway to a different region with less players when logging in ( General Settings ) .
