Early Acces revoked?

Some time ago i bought Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack used that code on my account and use link to download game from Steam
First I wrote to support because I had a problem with my 300 points not adding to my account and now I want to log in and play but I can't because somehow my account no longer have asses
Can someone explain to me what's going on?
