1 MONTH WAITING FOR BETA KEYS PURCHASED

Hi,
One month after the first email was sent requesting the access keys that I PURCHASED, I come again to ask that support respond to the emails sent and deliver something that is rightfully mine. I know you must be experiencing a spike in messages, but some friends who are playing the poe 2 beta are being responded to in less than 1 business day and i am waiting for 1 month. What is the reason for the delay in responding to my emails? Is there any arbitrariness in choosing who you are responding to?? I know it doesn't make a difference, but I'm an avid supporter of the game and I believe I should have the necessary attention to resolve my problem quickly like all other players. It looks like you purchased one of the PlayStation Early Access Supporter Packs. These do not come with extra keys and are not advertised as doing so, and their pricing takes this into consideration. I hope this clarifies things for you!

Thanks for the answer.
I bought it at POE 1 directly from the store and yes, it promoted the delivery of some beta keys in the ad, otherwise I wouldn't be here requesting them. If I don't have the right, that's fine, but I should have been informed the first day I sent the email after the purchase, so I could buy the keys for my friends as a gift so they can play and not wait all this time without a response.
