POE2 account locked - no access to old email but logged in

I have an odd issue. My account when I log in to POE2 to play is locked. I am logged in on the website just fine, and logged in to my steam just fine. of course it let me get the PoE2 prepurchase just fine, too. I just cant play...
It says it's sending a link to my email to unlock the account, but I dont have access to the old email. I try to change email on the website, same thing, sends it to the old email. I submitted a ticket to support email, but I have been seeing that it looks like it's taking over 14 days to get responses. If I have to wait, I guess I have to wait, but didn't know if there was another route other than having email have to help. Thank you! Last bumped on Jan 10, 2025, 6:08:09 AM
