Crits avoid trigger restriction (amulet of choir and cast on crit)

Meta gems like cast on ignite/shock/freeze and elemental invocation doesnt gain any energy if status have been applied by another trigger skill.

But all triggers that works by crits just ignore this restriction. And because of this autobomber build and amulet of choir is completely broken (not cuz of temporalis).
