PS5 PACKAGE PROBLEMS AND IN-GAME PROBLEMS

I am playing this game in Turkey. The game offers 3 package options for early access. I bought the lowest package. Path of Exile 2 Founder's Package - Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Playstation store acts as if I never bought this package. It offers the option to buy this package again. Also, there is a problem with the option to switch to the Path of Exile 2 Founder's Package - Ogham Lord and Path of Exile 2 Founder's Package - Faridun King packages. I bought the lowest package. It wants full money for these packages as if I never bought them. Also, when you enter the game, the package options always get stuck as filling. The package options do not open in the game itself. There is no package transition access there. The page is buggy. Thousands of people in Turkey are experiencing this problem. This problem is a serious problem! It keeps saying loading.
