HC SSF characters sharing stash & gold after one’s death

I had two witch characters in SSF HC

I died with one character at lvl 25 and all of the loot carried over to the lvl 3 character

Is this expected behaviour?

Yes basically as you play a HC character or SSF then anything in your storage is held over on teh same gameplay server

In essence you dont have to start further characters from compelte scratch so becomes lsighly easier each time you progress because of loot gaineed.
