Completed a Citadel, but it is showing up as Map Failed

I completed the Stone Citadel the other day, but it's showing up as map failed:


In addition, it won't even open up the box for me to put a different map in, so I can't even path to the next nodes. Luckily I have other paths to get around this, but it does suck that the completion status was not updated.
