I bought path of exile packages from the xbox store about 6 months ago. When I logged in to my account 6 months later, I noticed that the packages were not defined in my account. I sent an e-mail to your support. In this process, you asked me to log in to the Xbox game console and share a screenshot of how the store looks. I did everything asked of me. However, in the last e-mail you sent to me, you wrote that I should solve this problem with Microsoft. During my conversation with Microsoft, they said that the licenses for in-game purchases were assigned to my account and that these purchases should be loaded into my account by the game company. What should I do now? I should think you're a scammer ?
