POE2 Guild Leader cant buy cosmetics

Every time try to buy any cosmetics for guild as the leader it is always greyed out.

nothing been able to do to fix it.

i've logged in and out and so far nothing. i can buy the limited selection from ingame, but there are almost no cosmetics there compared to website here.

would like to take advantage of the sale on some of guild items but cant even spend any of the money i put in.

please update and fix.
