Arbiter of ash bug

Here to report a bug I encountered recently, not sure if it has been fixed, the arbiter of ash boss, same as with Xesht, We That Are One, if you deal enough damage fast enough the boss can sometimes cast multiple spells at the same time completely removing any chances of winning the fight. I am sure it is quite easy to replicate with any crowd control abilities and high damage.
