Disconnect with sudden high Latency

Dears @Technical Support (Path of Exile 2),

Hope this thread finds you well,


I was playing Maps and had a good start with an amazing loot, and suddenly the Latency increased to 120k as shown in the link below

And when I got disconnected and logged back, all the loot and the progress is gone, and that was not the first time happens to me, while I was online in discord also with a low MS, and surfing the net with no issues, or slow browsing
