Citadel with Breach but game freezes and fails the map

Hi can, we have a fix regarding Citadels with breaches? Mine just frooze after opening a breach and the game suddenly froze, I reconnected and having my Citadel node saying it failed. I dind't lose any EXP (which means I didn't die) but I can't go back to the map It took me 190hrs to find that citadel. I believe someone similar posted the same issue:

I hope this gets fixed because it's really annoying
