Map issue..?

So I am doing my maps as normal and I am trying to find my last rare so I can move on and It happens to be stuck behind a barrier of some sort and I cannot hit it or get near it. On top of that It has the modifiers of Temporal bubble and Proximal Tangibility so even If i wanted to hit it, I cannot. I do not know what to do.. I have screenshots to show because it is quite funny. This is on a Savannah map.

And had a decay map with 1/3rd of it not connected to the rest (lightning warped across gap)
