small soul core not spawning - Jiquani's machinarium

If you summon alva and then are attacked and she helps fight with you before she inspects the stone altar, the soul core won't spawn. You have to reset the instance, and resummon her and have her reinspect the altar for it to spawn the soul core.

Think issue is the trigger for the quest item should happen at her spawn or via clicking the stone altar, versus her inspecting it.
