Cemetery of Eternals Map Generation Bug

I am in a section of the cemetery that is cut off from the rest of the map. I can not leave the area I am in unless I portal to town or go back to the tomb. You can see the rest of the cemetery map beyond the wall on the lower right.

What I did:
Waypoint from town to, Tomb of Consort.
Cleared level.
Left the tomb via the Exit to Cemetery.
New cemetery map was generated. The exit brought me to this closed off area. This area was never closed off in other playthroughs.

Full map after I cleared it. I had to warp to town and use waypoint.
