My wand went disappeared

last week on JAN 3 i was doing tier15 lost tower then after i tp back and i notice that my wand is gone ! i try going back into the map, check my secondary weapon space ,warehoouse/stash and also return to lost tower search the whole map still couldnt find my wand. My wand just went disappear while it was equipped !!!!help please :(

Here is my wand attribute

gain extra lightning from damge 24%
increase lightning damage 49%
increase spell damage 101%
lightning spell level+5
incrase shock% 74$
mana regeneration 45%

Please restore my wand due to unknown bug if possible :( i really liked the game and i have spend so much time and effort in it already...
