When equipping gear with +1 to minion skills, spirit reservations don't update

I was level 6 and added 2 items that had +1 to minion skill items, I looked at my spirit and it said 0. I had to press - and then + again on the skeleton archer and it then said 24 spirit left. Something is bugged there.
