Let's put Exalted Orb and Divine orbs next to each other

Just wasted 3-4 Divine orbs attempting to (cough cough) SLAM some exalted orbs into an item. This game has come up with some ironic lingo for crafting items. Who's bright idea was it to put these 2 items next to each other? Exalted orbs are used hundreds of times a day. Did it not occur to someone that inevitably someone would waste not days, but weeks of playtime attempting to craft an item? The entirety of this game revolves around crafting. The bigger question is, who is going to replace these? I'll be on Apex Legends while you contemplate how to resolve this situation. There is clearly no point in me playing this game in its current state.
