Lost my Stone Citadel map because of the Breach bug crashing the map instance! (video inside)

Lost a Stone Citadel map because of the breach bug that crashes your map. This has been going on since launch and GGG has still not acknowledged it. It feels like it is happening more frequently now too. For the love of Innocence, please let us know you are at least aware and working on solving the issue. Here is a video below of what it looks like when it happens if needed. I can also give dxdiag if needed. I honestly have to stop playing until this is fixed, because it keeps happening.

This bug has been brought up every 5 minutes since mid December. Somehow did not make the "top issues" list.
