Game Hard Freezes in Breach everytime "It that crawls" Spawns

I just got into Breach and the first time "it that crawls" spawned the game perma freezes and will stay there. I have to actually Alt F4. Now after several breeches got "it that crawls" again and soon as I see him my game perma freezes.
Anyone else experiencing this? It's very strange. The game won't kick me out too the log in screen it's permanently frozen literally only Alt F4 works can't even log out. Yes, it happened to me several times. I lost many good loot and the juicy map. It hurts but it is still early access.
Hope they find a solution in this week's big update |

" Which version of the game ? I got no issues on PS5 apart from the habitual framerates issues . Btw is it only me or does Breach have less mob density right now ? Maybe all the cold explosions from my Invoker delete packs before they appear , i know it's possible but i didn't experienced that before .
